No Nigerian lady can stand behind her struggling man for 10years

When it comes to love life, lots of people have seen both the good and bad side of it that some still chose to give it a trial while some either commit suicide or decided not to love anymore.

Singer, Sheyman shared a brief post about fighter, McGregor’s journey in life where he started as a homeless man on the streets and was later picked up by a woman named Dee Devlin where he lived for about 10years.

According to reports, Dee was living in a tiny apartment where she brought McGregor in to stay and tried to feed him with expensive food because she believed ij him and only advised him to believe in himself.

McGregor just about 6years ago was a plumber and could barely earn a good living but Dee stood by him and just on the 26th, August, 2017, Dee sat once again to support her man while he made over 100million dollars.

This brief story made Sheyman wonder if a Nigerian lady can actually believe in a man for such a long time knowing that all will be well?

Fellow singer, Paul Okoye of P-Square mocked the ladies saying that he will die if any Nigerianj lady can have such patience. “Make I kpai!!”

Ladies beware! !!....another missing student of the Adeyemi college of education. Body found dead in ritualist den

decomposed body of one of the two missing undergraduate students of the Adeyemi College of Education (ACE), Ondo State, has been found at a ritualists’ hideout in Ondo State, SaharaReporters has learned.
The body was found over the weekend by detectives attached to the Ondo State Command of the Nigerian Police following a week-long investigation and intelligence gathering.
In July 2017, authorities of ACE in Ondo State declared two students of the tertiary institution missing after they could not be found in their private hostels.
The names of the two missing students were given as Semilore Oloruntimilehin of the agricultural department and Oladapo Blessing Oluwaferanmi of the biology department.
Femi Joseph, the spokesman of the police in Ondo State, told SaharaReporters on Sunday afternoon that the body of one the missing students was found over the weekend.
Mr. Joseph revealed that the young woman’s body was discovered following the arrest and interrogation of two middle-aged men who were earlier nabbed for robbery but later confessed to kidnapping one of the missing students for ritualistic purposes.
The police spokesman, however, told SaharaReporters that police have yet to identify the body due to its decomposition.
“Our men cannot ascertain the name of this student because her body has already been decomposed and was also mutilated by the assailants who are in our custody as I speak with you.
“Don’t forget that two of the female students of the school were reported missing by the school authorities here in our station, but we have been able to find one of them.
“We have already contacted the school through the parents of these two missing students to visit the command in order to know whose daughter has been found by the police detectives.
“As I speak, two men have been arrested in connection with the crime and in fact, they have confessed to killing the female student for money rituals, although we are still digging for more information.
“During the course of our investigation, it was revealed that they (assailants) were actually three in number, but one of them fled from the town upon noticing the arrest of his other partners in the crime, but we will get him soon,” he assured.
The police spokesman vowed that the two suspects would soon be charged to court after police complete their investigation.
He urged students to be wary of the type of friends they meet with on campus and specifically advised the parents to monitor the activities of their children while in school and outside the house.
A student of the institution who pleaded not to be named also confirmed the sad incident to Sahara Reporters in Akure.
“We still don't know which missing student has been found by the policemen because I learned that her body could not be recognized and had been decomposed,” the student said.
Some student sources at the Adeyemi College of Education had recently complained that their female colleagues were being used for ritual purposes in Ondo State by wealthy men.

Jamb fixes cut off marks for universities ,polytechnics and colleges of education

Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has fixed minimum cut off marks for Nigeria’s tertiary institutions.
The minimum cut off marks for admissions into universities in Nigeria was set for 120, polytechnics and colleges of education pegged at 100, while that of innovative enterprising institutes was pegged at 110.
Institutions are, however, at liberty to raise their cut off marks for admission above the minimum set by JAMB.
Also, admissions into public degree awarding institutions for the 2017 UTME examination will end on January 15, 2018 while for private institutions, it ends on January 31, 2018.
Also, decisions on first choice candidates by universities will end on October 15, and second choice candidates will end on December 15; after which the remaining students will be available in the market place for other institutions till the January closing dates.
These decisions were taken at the 2017 Combined Policy Meetings on Admissions into Tertiary Institutions in Nigeria which ended on Tuesday.
The Registrar of JAMB, Ishaq Oloyede, said a Central Admission Processing System, CAPS, will be used to streamline admission processes among institutions, as it addresses challenges associated with the former approach.
Mr. Oloyede also said that Institutions could conduct dual mode system which involves both manual and the newly introduced CAPS.
He advocated a dynamic educational policy as related to admissions.
“All over the world, there is agitation for dynamic educational policy,” he said. “JAMB only admits for National Diploma, not Higher National Diploma; so why should we use the same requirement for ND and BSC, that is unreasonable parity.”
“We should not be sentimental in fixing our cut off mark; we need not over-dramatise issue of cut off mark.”
He said candidates’ applications to study agriculture was very low while applications to study medicine and health sciences increased.
Speaking on illegal admissions, he said the process is now automated because the Registrar of JAMB must approve all candidates.
“About 17,160 students were admitted without JAMB across institutions in Nigeria,” he said.
The Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu, also formerly announced a lift of the ban on the conduct of Post-UTME examination as a prerequisite for admission into tertiary institutions.
“Cancellation of Post- UTME is a mistake,” he said.
He noted that banning of post-UTME led to a lot of irregularities by candidates and some institutions.
The minister explained that with the lifting of the ban on the conduct of the examination, institutions are now at liberty to conduct, while adding that fee for the examination should not exceed N2000.
He explained that the 2016 admission process was a huge success, while expressing optimism that government is working assiduously to make that of 2017 better.
Mr. Adamu noted that government is also making efforts to expand access and ensure equality in the education sector.
He expressed optimism that a substantial number of candidates who sat for the 2017 UTME would gain admission into tertiary institution.
“Over 1.6 million candidates applied for degree courses, over 17,000 for ND as well as NCE,” he said.

Academic staff union of polytechnics(ASUP) strike is warming up

The Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics, ASUP, has thrown its weight behind Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU.
In a statement by ASUP Secretary General, Anderson Ezeibe, the union noted that the strike was aimed at restoring sanity to Nigerian universities.
The union also called on the Federal Government to commence the implementation of agreements entered into with ASUP to forestall an impending crisis in polytechnics.
ASUP added that it was concerned about the consequences of the strike on students, parents and society at large.
It said, “ASUP notes the renewal of hostilities on the country’s university campuses between ASUU and government of Nigeria.
“While we are in unconditional solidarity with ASUU in this struggle to restore sanity to Nigerian universities, we are calling on the government to commence without further delay the implementation of agreements entered into with ASUP to forestall an impending crisis in the polytechnic sub-sector.”

Ladies who don't want sex should stay off romantic affairs

This is  copied ,First, I am not using this post to say that ladies who desire a no-sex relationship are wrong or are committing a crime. Everyone has the right to decide what idea they feel is right for them or not. Morally and spiritually speaking, any girl who feels that she doesn't want to have sex till she's married has not committed a crime; it's not out of place. The foundation on which this idea is mostly built on by many young women is where the problem lies.
Romantic affairs are nothing but romantic affairs! They involve romance and I believe everyone reading this post knows what romance is. What romance is, is what romantic relationships entail. Let it not be as if we are still in primary school, learning life basics.
Romantic relationships are not just for kneeling down to pray together, playing ten-ten, ludo, kalokalo or suwe. It involves things that are done behind closed doors. If a girl doesn't want sex in a relationship, she should ask herself first what type of relationship she's into. If it's not a platonic or brother/sister relationship, then she better stay off romantic affairs until she's ready to marry!!!
You own your body as a girl but don't try to turn a full grown sexually active man to a celibate or eunuch because that is what you desire in a ROMANTIC AFFAIR! If he wants sex and you don't, kindly tell him your principle and move on. As a young woman, you don't need to cry while trying hard to convince him that he should not 'touch' you. If he doesn't 'touch' you, who will he touch? Won't he touch somebody outside? Will that not make rubbish of your relationship?
Young ladies who don't want sex in romantic affairs should stay off or look for a celibate who can dance to their tune. After all, most girls have made it a culture not to give anything else in a relationship other than sex. Being that the average African man gives virtually everything, his time, resources, energy including his soul in relationships, what do you, as young women expect him to gain when most of you cannot offer anything other than sex? He won't take that gladly knowing fully well that you are trying to withhold the only thing he knows he can gain from you! If I meet a girl who says she wants a no-sex affair, I should be able to see tangible things I can gain from the relationship. Being a demanding girl in a no-sex affair should be a suicide attempt in relationship.
I might not be too kind with idealism; romantic affairs involve SEX! Even if you go to Madagascar, Norway, Bolivia or Czech Republic, it's the same thing. If you cannot withstand the hotness of the kitchen, stay off the kitchen!

Majority of UI lecturers are in support of indefinite strike

National body of ASUU had earlier directed a nationwide referendum to be conducted across different varsities whether the body should embark on a nationwide strike or not. This is coming after the Federal Government's failure to fulfill the 2009 agreement and 2013 memorandum of understanding(MoU).
The Vice Chancellor of the University Of Ibadan, Prof. Abel Idowu Olayinka has confirmed the rumors going around about majority of University Of Ibadan lecturers all voting for an indefinite strike.
He said “Branches of ASUU Nationwide apparently conducted a referendum yesterday on some of their outstanding grievances with the Federal Government. I learnt that in UI, majority voted overwhelmingly for a comprehensive, total and indefinite strike. ASUU National EXCO will meet over the weekend to collate the ballots from various branches. We pray for a divine intervention as it seems that’s the only thing now that can still possibly prevent a complete shutdown of the various campuses as from next week. We have our fingers crossed”.
We just have to wait whether there would be another ASUU saga or not.

How to make a lady jealous

Girls are pretty complicated. I’m not going to lie. We tend to be picky, unreasonable, and sometimes even crazy. The thing men have to understand about women is that we’re not easy to pick up. However, jealousy can definitely trigger our attention. Knowing how to make a girl jealous can be a huge asset in your dating endeavors.
Girls love attention. We want to be the center of yours and when we aren’t, it then gets boring. That’s why making a girl jealous can actually make her want you more. The trick is knowing how to do it in a not-so-obvious way.
Girls just want to feel special
If you only take away one thing from this reading, it’s that girls need to feel special. It’s really what drives us to do what we do. If we feel forgotten and we don’t have your attention, we’ll start working really hard to get it.
It brings out our animal side, to be honest. Women have a competitive nature, too. And if you challenge us, we’ll bring it. That’s why jealousy is a fantastic way to get a girl’s attention and make her work for you.
How to make a girl jealous
The trouble with making a girl jealous is that if we realize what you’re doing, we’ll just leave. Therefore, you have to be sneaky about it and do it in a way that we don’t even notice.
If you want to make a girl jealous but aren’t sure how, don’t worry. We’re here with your complete guide for making her work for your attention. Follow these tips and she’ll be all over you in no time.

#1 Be hot and cold. This technique for making a girl jealous works fantastically. When you give her attention and then ignore her, it’ll make her fight harder for your attention. She’ll get a little taste of what you have to offer and then she’ll crave it.
So when you’re with her, pay really close attention to her and compliment her for some of the time, but then ignore her other times. It’ll drive her crazy and she’ll be itching to get your attention back.

#2 Compliment the girls around her. Nothing makes a girl more jealous than being left out. If there are other girls around you two, give them small compliments. Nothing too crazy, though. Just comment on how you like their outfits, hair, or even shoes. If you really want to make a girl crazy with jealousy, call another girl “really cool” right in front of her.

#3 Laugh at something another girl says. The thing about girls is that we all want to be funny. We all want to be the one to make a guy laugh because it’s a rarity. Therefore, if you laugh a lot at something another girl says, she’ll go crazy with jealousy.
She’ll start telling jokes and trying to make you laugh, too. If she does this, hold firm and don’t laugh. Even if you think something is funny. You can smile and acknowledge the joke, but hold your laughter inside.

#4 Get innocently physical with another girl while she’s watching. This doesn’t mean to slap her ass or make out with another girl. This just means to touch another girl on the arm, lower back, or even just bump your shoulder into her.
Giving these small touches will make a girl really jealous. It’s because you’re making that other girl feel special. And since all girls want that special feeling, it’ll make her jealous she’s not getting it.

#5 Talk about how great another girl is to her. You don’t have to gush about another girl or anything serious. As long as you’re talking about how fun or cool another girl is, she’ll go crazy with jealousy. She’ll want to prove to you that she’s also fun and cool – which can work great for you.

#6 Ignore her texts and calls but engage with another girl on social media. A great way to make a girl jealous is to ignore her texts and calls, but be actively communicating with other girls online.
If you tag a girl in a picture on Facebook or even share something to another person’s profile, she’ll go nuts. She’ll want to be in on the joke and it’ll make her really jealous.

#7 Post pictures with other girls on social media. The best way this works is if the pictures you post are of a place where that girl was with you. However, only post the pictures of you with other girls and don’t put up the ones with her. She’ll get really jealous over this. When she’s not being “showed off,” it’ll drive her nuts.

#8 Talk about how much fun you had when you did something without her. This doesn’t necessarily have to be with others girls, either. If you had a great time out with the guys, start talking about how amazing it was.
Girls want to be the one to make things fun for you. So when you’re having a great time without her, it’ll make her really jealous.

#9 When you’re with her, laugh at the texts you receive. When you’re looking at your phone and laughing at something she doesn’t know about, it’ll make her jealous. Again, girls want to be responsible for making you happy. We want to be the ones to make you laugh. So if we’re not and someone else is doing that job, we get jealous.

#10 Ignore her while talking to others in a group. If you’re standing in a group with others, ignore her. Talk to everyone else. Laugh at all of their jokes, but don’t acknowledge when she says anything. Don’t be outright rude if she addresses you directly, just don’t converse with her specifically in the group.
What to avoid doing to make a girl jealous
As much as there are great ways to make a girl jealous, there are also a few things you should just avoid altogether. Don’t do the following things to make a girl jealous because they’ll only make her angry.

#1 Kiss another girl in front of her. This just shows a girl that you want someone else. That’s not the point of making her jealous. She’ll just leave and move on if she sees you doing this.

#2 Disengage from her completely. If you just shut her out, that won’t make her jealous. What that does is make her feel like you’re not interested at all.
And if you’re trying to make her jealous, you should be interested. Therefore, she’ll accept that you don’t want her in your life and she’ll stop trying to get you completely.

#3 Put her down. Insults never make a girl jealous. If anything, they’ll only make her angry and hurt. Those two things won’t win you her affection. Instead, they’ll make her write you off as an asshole and she’ll move on to the next guy.

10 ways to make someone fall in love with you psychological

Love is equal parts luck, chemistry, timing, and science. Yes, there’s science behind love; love isn’t just about finding somebody that you find attractive and settling down, it’s about compatibility and shared goals and values. However, there are some psychological tricks that you can use to get someone to fall in love with you. No, we’re not telling you to totally change or to do something that isn’t comfortable for you, we’re just suggesting that you highlight some things that you’re probably doing anyway. So if you want to learn how get a guy to like you and eventually fall in love with you, here are 10 ways to use psychology to your advantage. 1. Make sure you’re the kind of woman he’s looking for. We all have a list (even if it’s not written down) of the qualities we want in a partner. They may be superficial such as the color of their hair, or they may be set in stone such as a love of animals. Obviously, there are some things on a list of must-haves that are negotiable. Make sure that you meet the criteria of what your potential mate wants by doing a little research and learning about their interests and background. 2. Find out what’s missing in his life and then fill it. People who are searching for partners generally look for similarities, but what they may not realize is that they also need someone with strengths that they don’t have, providing a balance. If your girl or guy is insecure and lacking on self-confidence, show them how confident and self-assured you are. They’ll be subconsciously attracted to you because you’re an example of how they’d like to be. 3. Be mysterious. Don’t tell the object of your affection every single thing about yourself on the first date. Give them small pieces of information so they’ll keep wanting more. Everybody loves a good mystery and if you don’t reveal all, it will keep your guy intrigued. 4. Make yourself available… but only up to a point. The more positive interactions they have with you, the more they’re going to want to spend time with you. But people don’t want what they can have too easily, so it’s good to be unavailable sometimes. Distance yourself without appearing too aloof and uninterested. You want to show them that you’re amazing and have a full life. 5. Don’t make it seem like you’re trying too hard. If you come off as desperate, you’re going to scare your potential partner away, and if you’re too persistent you can come off as too needy and obsessive. It’s OK to show that you’re interested but not that it’s all you think about. Play it cool. 6. Have mutual friends. If you share friends with the person that you’re in love with, it will not only give you all kinds of things to talk about but it will subconsciously let him know he can trust you. We’re wired to trust those that others can vouch for and this is one of the reasons so many people meet the love of their lives through mutual friends. 7. Mirror his actions. This seems a little creepy to me but it has been used for years with some success. Mirroring is about connecting with your partner by staying in step with their actions. If they take a sip of their drink, you take a sip of your drink; if they lean in when telling a fascinating story, you lean in, too. When you copy someone’s body movements it will lead them to believe that the two of you are in sync and they won’t be able to resist feeling attracted to you. 8. Repeat things without being boring. If during a conversation you mention something that seems to captivate his interest, make it a regular topic of conversation. This continual conversation will stick in the subconscious part of their mind and will be another way for them to associate you with someone who’s intelligent and a great conversationalist. 9. Do things that allow for people to think of you as a positive person. When people hear your name do they think of you as a fun and happy person, or do they associate you with someone who is extremely negative and unpleasant? We all know that each of us has some negative attributes but that shouldn’t be your overall image. The person you want to fall in love with you is bound to ask around about you. You want people to let them know that you’re fun, adventurous, honest, and trustworthy. Do volunteer work or pay for the person behind you in Starbucks. 10. Let them know you love kids, animals, or both. When we think of what kind of person we’d like to be in a long-term relationship with, we all want someone who is nurturing and loving. By showing them that you care for others, especially pets and children, you’ll be seen as a suitable partner. Go ahead and give these suggestions a try. They might not work, or they may surprise you and get you closer to the one you love.
