Ibadan Woman Dies During Sex Romp With Lover Who Drank 'Man Power'

An Iyaganku Chief Magistrates’ Court sitting at Ibadan on Tuesday remanded a 50- year old man, Fatai Busari, in Agodi prison for allegedly causing the death of his concubine after he 'sexed' her to death.
Busari allegedly drank herbal aphrodisiac (man power) before having sex with 48-year-old Sadiat Adejuwon.
Busari of Asaka area of Ibadan was arraigned on a one- count charge of causing death.
The Prosecutor, Cpl. Salewa Hammed, told the court that Busari on Oct. 10, at about 3.00p.m. at Asaka area, Ibadan, unlawfully caused the death of one Sadiat Adejuwon, 48.
Hammed said the death of Adejuwon occurred while Busari was having carnal knowledge of her in his house.
He said,
“Busari and the deceased woman worked as casual workers cleaning the street and they were dating.
“On the fateful day, Busari drank herbal concoction to boost his manhood before sleeping with her.
“It was afterwards that he realised that something was amiss when he noticed blood flowing out of her private part.
“She later died at the spot and he raised alarm.”
Hammed said that the offence committed contravened section 316 and was punishable under section 319 of the Criminal Code, Cap 38, Vol. II, Laws of Oyo State, 2000.
If Busari is found guilty of the offence, he will face the death sentence

L.A.X put spark to the report by not using any Starboy logo or identity in his new video, Awon Da also removing all Starboy Records mentioned on his social media.

Even his manager, Remi Oyedipe, who has managed L.A.X since 2010, signed a new management deal with Gas promotions that has no affiliation to Starboy.

The future might look bleak for L.A.X, but Nigerian stars who have previously been let off by their old labels, always find away to bounce back in the game, we only hope he can do it soon, as the music scene tend to forget faces fast.

RAPE.....AT LAST COURT JAILS GRANDPA FOR 3 YEARS FOR ABUSING A 10 YEAR OLD

A Magistrate court in Osogbo, Osun State has sentenced a 45-year-old grandfather, Mr Bamidele Tijani to three years imprisonment for raping a 10-year-old girl.

The Police prosecutor, Mr. Fagboyinbo Abiodun told the court that the Bamidele raped the little girl at Isale Osun Area in Osogbo on December 19, 2013.

Abiodun told the court that the offence committed by Bamidele was contrary to and punishable under section 218 of the criminal code.

Tijani said he had pleaded guilty to the offence preferred against him since the first day of his arraignment in court and pleaded with the judge to mitigate his punishment.

Magistrate Olusola Aluko of an Osogbo Magistrate sentenced Bamidele to three years
imprisonment without an option of fine.

Aluko said that the jail term should run from the date that the convict was first arraigned in court on the matter.
